Manage full SDLC activities from requirement analysis through deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve production and testing defects
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Optimize applications for performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development
Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2
Working knowledge of Unix scripting
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Solid understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle (Issuing)
