Responsibilities
Own all pre- and post-sales processes for strategic accounts in collaboration with sales leads, including proposal development, campaign planning, and delivery
Develop tailored proposals and presentations for high-value clients, respond to RFPs, and maintain agency portals; leverage past campaign and category success metrics to support pitches
Ensure flawless and timely execution of campaigns in alignment with contractual terms, delivering exceptional service that drives renewals and growth for key accounts
Provide strategic creative guidance and review to ensure advertising meets specifications, adheres to brand guidelines, and aligns with client objectives; review and approve client creative and advise on best practices
Lead post-campaign activities, including proof of posting, performance analysis, and actionable insights for future planning; monitor digital campaign performance, implement data-driven optimizations, and provide clients with in-market insights and recommendations
Proactively communicate campaign status, inventory updates, and key milestones to internal teams and client stakeholders with clarity and timeliness
Audit static inventory infrastructure with Center teams and support onboarding of new digital or static inventory; maintain inventory specifications and collaborate with Sales Strategy on updates to maps, inventory sheets, and sales collateral
Manage digital inventory to maximize utilization and communicate availability to sales team; troubleshoot issues related to digital network operations
Source filler content for digital, static, and exterior media in partnership with Marketing
Act as programming content lead for the digital network to monitor and ensure daily playlists are robust and adverting playback is at an appropriate cadence
Analyze network data to provide insights on category performance, audience measurement, and KPIs
Act as liaison between Westfield Rise, Shopping Center operations, and Center Marketing
Manage ad-hoc projects, reporting, and operational initiatives to support account growth and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years' experience in account management, media operations, or partnerships
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proactive and detail-oriented with a solutions-driven approach to anticipating challenges and implementing improvements
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with confidence in client-facing interactions
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
Proven track record in campaign management, inventory oversight, and delivering data-driven optimizations
Proficiency with CRM, media scheduling, and reporting platforms
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred
out-of-home media experience strongly preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
