Responsibilities

Lead high-impact presentations for senior client stakeholders, articulating complex value propositions with clarity and strategic relevance
Translate customer needs into tailored, high-value solutions that address both operational and strategic objectives
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features, and benefits, and tailor messaging to meet customer needs
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to capture major accounts and drive multi-year revenue growth
Evaluate complex deal structures and provide strategic guidance on pricing, proposals, and solution configuration
Lead negotiations on major, multi-dimensional deals, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and strategic goals
Drive deal closure while maintaining strong customer relationships and long-term partnership potential
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experience
Ensure internal alignment and readiness for successful onboarding and long-term account success

Required

Proven track record of success in B2B service sales, with a focus on acquiring new business among larger and more complex customers
10+ years in enterprise business development, strategic partnerships or enterprise sales
Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics and the ability to articulate value effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Willingness to travel
Strong commercial acumen: deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
