Revalize is a growing SaaS company that empowers manufacturing businesses through innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of various events, driving engagement and pipeline within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily across the North American (NORAM) region — including tradeshows, webinars, customer and partner events
Coordinate logistics for a range of events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer gatherings
Support event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning
Organise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets
Manage vendor communication and process invoices and payments
Maintain project timelines using Monday.com and help keep stakeholders aligned
Assist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like Zoom
Support lead capture, data upload, and post-event performance reporting
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all events

Required

Quarterly travel required
2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
