INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team and enhance their talent pipeline and onboarding experience. The role involves leading talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Quarterback the full recruiting cycle: from developing position descriptions and priority skill/behavioral targets through closing candidates on job offers and on-boarding
Partner alongside the hiring managers to post job descriptions, coordinate schedules, and collect evaluations to make the best hiring decision
Manage the relationship with INCOG’s outsourced talent partners, driving quality and quantity of presented candidates
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screenings calls, interviews, etc.)
Facilitate the onboarding process through pre-boarding, system administration, and communicating the welcome/day one information
Ensure a positive and unforgettable candidate experience, serving as point of contact throughout the process and for new hires
Assist in employee retention and development
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events to promote the INCOG brand and open positions
Create and maintain reports for candidate workflow and metrics to identify areas of improvement

Required

Proven experience as recruiter team lead or talent acquisition manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Strong knowledge of screening and behavioral assessment tools, preferably Predictive Index
Working knowledge of Jobvite (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Excellent communicator
Well-organized
A leader and strategic thinker
Bachelor's in business administration, human resources or relevant field
