Responsibilities
Support accounting workflows by configuring clinical data in the Auxilius platform (e.g., CTA-driven costs leveraging EDC)
Support client onboarding, enablement, and training focused on clinical cost tracking and budgeting
Perform QA/QC audits of clinical trial financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with trial activity
Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes across clinical and financial data
Investigate and resolve client issues related to clinical accounting data
Clearly communicate findings, corrections, and outcomes to clients
Support product testing for clinical accounting features
Translate client feedback and workflow gaps into actionable product roadmap input
Ensure compliance with client-specific controls, policies, and clinical accounting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field
2+ years in clinical operations, biotech, or related fields
Strong analytical skills
proficiency with Excel
Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, positive attitude with a sense of humor
Preferred
startup experience preferred
familiarity with clinical or operational software a plus
