Part Time Office Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized, resourceful Part-Time Office Coordinator to support ongoing Operations tasks and assist with various administrative responsibilities to help the company stay organized and efficient.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operational tasks across teams
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation
Maintain internal templates, process docs, and shared folders
Help streamline workflows and recommend improvements
Support onboarding and offboarding tasks
Help coordinate recruiting-related logistics (interviews, templates, updates)
Manage email inboxes and follow-ups
Prepare summaries, slides, and light project reports
Coordinate with vendors and external partners
Jump in wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in administrative, operations, HR, or finance roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort with cloud tools (Microsoft 365, etc.)
Tech-friendly, comfortable adopting new tools
Discreet, trustworthy with sensitive information
