Lead and manage architectural design for complex commercial, industrial, and municipal projects

Oversee construction documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Qualification
Required
Extensive architectural expertise across commercial, industrial, and municipal applications
Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent design & presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Technical knowledge of building envelope design
Working knowledge of the building codes
Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architect
