Responsibilities
Professional Expertise with IBM WebSphere MQ
Expertise in troubleshooting issues in a complex enterprise environment
Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using WebSphere MQ
Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues
Experience in handle complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
Flexible to work in shifts (day, night, split, weekends)
Experience in Implementing and managing security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats
Ensure compliance with security policies
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment
Knowledge of Kafka & experience with Ansible or automation tools
