Required

Proven ability to interpret financial products and compliance standards effectively
Current licensing and certifications required for financial consulting roles

Preferred

Experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing consultative role is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
