Internship - Obesity Cardiology Marketing

Responsibilities

Manage cardiologist-facing promotional materials, ensuring clinical accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance
Support the Promotional Review Board submission process for cardiology materials: learn, manage, and drive timely approvals and quality control of job submissions
Support development and delivery of congress assets for cardiology meetings, including booth materials, etc
Provide cross-functional support on ad hoc cardiology projects, collaborating with medical, marketing, and legal teams to meet project objectives
Contribute to tactical planning for the cardiology portfolio, translating strategy into actionable short-term initiatives
Develop and present at least one innovative cardiologist engagement tactic to the team, championing new approaches to enhance HCP relationships and clinical impact

Required

Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Preferred

A completed or in progress undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline
Class year of a junior or senior
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
