Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy to support field operations, workforce planning, and company culture
Oversee employee relations, including coaching leaders, handling investigations, and ensuring consistent policy application
Manage recruiting and onboarding for office roles to ensure timely, high-quality hires
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as construction-specific workforce requirements
Support performance management, including reviews, corrective actions, and development plans
Manage benefits administration, leave programs, HR documentation, and HR systems (excluding payroll)

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
