Field Sales - SMB Advisor
FinTitan is a fast-growing advisory firm that helps U.S. companies unlock valuable federal tax credits and other government incentives. They are seeking a Field SMB Advisor to engage with restaurant owners, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive growth for their B2B services.

Responsibilities
Prospect and Engage: Actively identify and pursue new restaurant leads through cold calling, networking events, and in-field visits
Consultative Selling: Build relationships with key stakeholders in the restaurant industry to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
Sales Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of small and medium-sized restaurants
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both the customer’s needs and the company’s targets
Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs through high-velocity sales techniques and effective territory management
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a high-velocity B2B environment
Familiarity with the restaurant industry and understanding of its unique sales cycles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently while managing a territory effectively
