Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and support an existing legacy application built with Delphi 6
Address bug fixes, performance improvements, and minor enhancements to ensure system stability during the transition period
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to support the gradual sunsetting of the legacy platform
Assist with knowledge transfer, documentation, and technical insights related to legacy system behavior and dependencies
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal disruption to business operations
Ensure ongoing support aligns with security, compliance, and operational requirements
Document system functionality, processes, and known technical constraints
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using Delphi 6
Experience supporting legacy systems in production environments
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a maintenance-focused role
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, regulatory, or similarly governed industries
