Responsibilities
Qualify and assess suppliers through audits, capability reviews, and risk evaluations
Lead Product & Process Qualification (PPQ) with cross-functional teams
Drive supplier quality management processes and ensure compliance with standards
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier improvement initiatives
Partner with engineering on design reviews and early supplier involvement
Support design-to-cost and localization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
5+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain
Strong background in welding and coatings
Knowledge of ISO & ASME standards
Experience leading cross-functional or global teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic & international)
Fluent in English
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering
CWI, NACE/AMPP/FROSIO certification
