Responsibilities
Support SAP Quality Management projects across the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, process mapping, testing, data governance, training, and post-go-live operational support
Author and maintain procedural documentation related to SAP QM processes and system usage
Partner with Quality Operations, IT functional teams, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, implementation strategy, project plans, and resource requirements
Design and implement compliant, efficient, and scalable SAP QM solutions that embed strong material and quality controls within manufacturing and supply chain systems
Ensure SAP QM processes are aligned with enterprise master data management strategies
Provide technical and GMP guidance to support the establishment and enhancement of software systems used by Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Warehouses
Support electronic quality processes to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient operations across all sites
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and optimizing quality and manufacturing system processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Proven experience with full lifecycle implementation of SAP Quality Management (QM)
Strong background in Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain operations within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience managing electronic quality systems and SAP QM processes
Demonstrated ability to define, streamline, and implement compliant, efficient, and robust systems and processes
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and GMP requirements
Bachelor's degree required, with 6–8 years of professional experience in a regulated industry
