Responsibilities
Requirement gathering, creation of project documentation, and project estimation for incoming feature requests
Assist in Identifying technical risks, side effects, and architectural considerations before coding begins
Act as the first line of investigation for newly reported technical issues, including acting as a technical liaison for internal stakeholders. This includes gathering deeper insights into reported concerns and issues, reproducing bugs, and proposing quick fixes
Manage content of multiple internal websites to ensure visibility into software updates
Gather data and generate reports for project tracking and cross-departmental support
Create room for strategic focus by reducing firefighting and reactive needs
Enhance development efficiency, team morale, and overall code quality through structure, documentation, and modernization
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans
Experience with project management software (Ex. Asana)
Experience with customer interactions/support
Strong desire to learn about and improve organizational systems systems
Love of producing easy to use results for your teammates and end customers
Ability to Commute: Salem, UT 84653
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Familiarity with software development best practices
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a software development environment
Familiarity with PCI compliance and secure development practices
Technical background in software engineering, with the ability to read, and review, and update code
High school or equivalent
