Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Assist with probate matters, filings, and case progression
Manage calendars, deadlines, and all logistics of the attorneys’ practice
Prepare and assemble leather-bound estate planning binders for clients
Generate and send electronic invoices; track attorney time (no billable minimums)
Maintain and organize fully electronic client files
Utilize case management/document systems for accurate labeling and retrieval
Support occasional travel needs between Nashville and Franklin
Qualification
Required
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related instruments

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new systems
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
Preferred
Prior experience in Trusts & Estates strongly preferred
Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain)
