Responsibilities
Own full-desk recruiting, managing every phase from intake through onboarding
Source, post, and screen candidates across various platforms and pipelines
Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with timely updates, and manage the offer process
Handle pre-employment checks and guide candidates through background process
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, timelines, and success profiles
Coordinate with TA Manager to align on strategy and requisition prioritization
Participate in team check-ins, strategy sessions, and problem-solving discussions
Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring all communications are properly documented
Ensure alignment of hiring decisions with role requirements and Morgan Properties' values
Deliver a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs as needed
Represent Morgan Properties’ culture and brand to external audiences, supporting local hiring visibility and diversity efforts
Perform additional recruitment-related tasks or projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the TA team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of agency recruiting experience
Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices
Valid and active driver's license
Preferred
IT recruiting experience preferred - or the desired interest to learn and become the subject matter expert
