The role involves managing the full recruitment desk, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance while working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment desk, including sourcing, client communication, candidate screening, and placement
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand needs and build long-term relationships
Use ATS and background check tools to manage candidates efficiently
Conduct interviews, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance
Work independently and manage your schedule effectively in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Full-desk recruiting experience (client and candidate management) in one or more of the following industries: hospitality, logistics, sales and marketing, skilled trades, healthcare, law, and/ technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable laptop, Wi-Fi, and webcam for virtual meetings
