Responsibilities

Source and interview candidates for various legal support roles, including paralegals, legal project managers, conflicts attorneys, contract managers, etc
Conduct cold-calling to identify potential leads and effectively market candidates to clients, showcasing their skills and suitability for specific roles
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, on behalf of your candidates and clients
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates
Cultivates client accounts and drives new business by leveraging candidate and client leads, referrals and a variety of marketing strategies
Keeps up to date with current industry trends and recruitment best practices, while building and maintaining a network of professional contacts through active participation in trade associations and networking organizations

Required

Paralegal Certificate or JD or 2+ years of legal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm or legal staffing agency, is a plus
Prior sales experience (retail, client services, business development, real estate), is a plus
The ability to sit in Los Angeles to facilitate candidate and client meetings is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of legal support roles and the skills required for success in these positions
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
