Mid LevelKort's Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Manager to assist in planning and overseeing construction projects. The role involves managing project resources, preparing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining communication with upper management.

Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to upper management about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
Qualification
Required
Effective communication with crew members, Foreman, management team and office staff
Excellent problem solving ability
Ability to multi-task
Ensuring crew compliance with project policies, procedures and company policies
Assist with training upcoming laborers, pipe layers and operators
Recognizing, addressing and resolving issues that arise on site
Provide coaching and encouragement to crew members
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Flagger Certified
CPR/First Aid Certified
OSHA 30
Leadership Training
TCS
Requires the mobility to perform vehicle operating duties
The Field Project Manager at times will have a physically strenuous and demanding job. He/she will be lifting, pulling and managing heavy equipment and objects
The Field Project Manager at times will have to work in all weather, and must be prepared for both extreme heat and cold
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
