Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the program and the agency’s foster parent services
Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth by managing group home programming, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with all state licensing and accreditation standards
Lead recruitment, licensing, and retention efforts for foster homes, building strong relationships with prospective and current foster parents to ensure a stable and nurturing network of caregivers
Program development, regulatory oversight, staff training, quality improvement, community outreach, and collaboration with social service partners
Ensure that all placements support the safety, well-being, and permanency goals of children and youth in care
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida
Five+ years of supervisory-level experience
Valid Driver's license
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida
