Furniture Showroom Assistant
Resource Furniture is a high-end multi-showroom furniture retailer specializing in innovative space-saving solutions. They are seeking a highly enthusiastic and driven Furniture Showroom Assistant to provide excellent client service and support, maintain showroom organization, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide customer service in-person at our Showroom, via telephone, email, chat, etc
Support Showroom Manager with administrative tasks, quotes, client communication, data entry, and other duties necessary to meet the needs of our clients and colleagues
Provide elevated customer service to our clients by way of effective resolutions which could entail troubleshooting, reordering from our vendors, or organizing additional support from third parties
Assist in maintaining reports database to assure we are delivering orders to our clients in a timely and efficient manner, creating and maintaining customer service records to ensure cases are successfully closed, and making certain all orders receive project management attention
Other duties as assigned to support our day to day operations, sales processes and meet the needs and expectations of our clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service, sales, and support
Superb organization skills including calendar management and scheduling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to learn to navigate and work exclusively in an ERP system (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Preferred
Background in sales, customer service, logistics, sales support, and administrative work preferably with high-end showroom environment
