Workday Operations Manager
Mondo is seeking a Workday Operations Manager to lead and manage the operational execution of the Workday support team. This role focuses on ensuring effective service delivery, system stability, and alignment with enterprise priorities, while overseeing daily operations and team performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop Workday operations team and ensure workload alignment
Monitor and drive performance metrics, SLAs, and service maturity
Oversee daily operations, incident triage, and root-cause analysis
Manage Workday release cycles and internal change controls
Coordinate security operations and compliance reviews
Support integration and environment activities in partnership with IT leads
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of people management experience in enterprise tech/ops teams
Expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll
Strong understanding of higher education business processes
Experience managing SaaS support teams and service performance
Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills
Experience with ITIL and change management frameworks
Preferred
Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, Student, etc.)
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, PRISM Analytics, or Extend
Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and other ERPs like Banner or PeopleSoft
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
