Responsibilities
Design and build seasonal women’s sleepwear and maternity collections that align with brand aesthetic and functionality
Conduct trend, fabric, silhouette, and market research across women’s, maternity, and loungewear categories
Develop sketches, CADs, color palettes, and print concepts from initial idea through final execution
Work closely with Product Development and Production teams to ensure design intent translates into high-quality, well-fitting product
Participate in fittings and provide clear feedback on fit, construction, and comfort
Assist in the testing and launch of new women’s product categories as the assortment expands
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales to support cohesive storytelling and commercial success
Manage design timelines and ensure seasonal milestones are met
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience designing women's apparel; background in sleepwear, loungewear, or maternity strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of women's and maternity fit, fabrics, and garment construction
Proven experience collaborating with product development and production teams
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience is a plus
Ability to balance creativity with functionality and commercial needs
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment
