Full operational oversight for 50–100+ QSR locations
Direct leadership of Directors of Operations and senior field leaders
Translate company vision into executable operational strategy
Drive financial performance across revenue, labor, and controllables
Establish performance rhythms, dashboards, and accountability frameworks
Partner with HR, Training, Finance, and Marketing to scale the business
Build long-term succession plans and leadership pipelines
Ensure operational excellence while preserving culture and speed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership
QSR experience required (large, high-volume systems preferred)
Proven success leading through Directors and senior managers
Deep understanding of P&L management and operational analytics
Strong executive presence with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Experience operating across multi-state or large regional footprints
Based in or willing to travel regularly throughout MA / RI
