They are seeking a 3D CAD Designer to lead the maintenance of plant layout and carrier designs in 3D, ensuring integration of supplier drawings and overseeing the design of conveyor equipment.

Responsibilities
Maintain integration of supplier provided 3D drawings and integrate into a plant layout using scanned point cloud data to identify interferences and safety clearance concerns
Oversee timely and organized submission of all 3D CAD drawings on the ACC provided to Client by suppliers
Design in 3d carriers and conveyor equipment as required for program review
This individual will report to the Client Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum (10) years of 3D CAD design in automotive manufacturing applications
Must have an in-depth understanding of all conveyor and automotive product carrier design
Must demonstrate experience with utilizing 3D point cloud environments in a design workflow
