Responsibilities
Assist with conference and event planning logistics, including hotel reservations, travel coordination, and vendor communication
Support packing, shipping, and tracking of conference materials and promotional items
Help manage on-site and pre-event preparation needs, including individual requests from team members
Assist with planning, building, and scheduling marketing campaign emails
Support campaign execution by organizing assets, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
Perform basic quality checks on emails and campaign materials before launch
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a team
Comfortable handling logistics and coordination tasks
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Preferred
Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Prior internship or experience in marketing, events, or administrative support is a plus but not required
