Sales Systems and Training Manager

Neighborly is a hub of service brands connecting customers to local experts for home and business services. The Sales Systems and Training Manager will support the Rainbow Restoration brand by managing sales training, franchise relationships, and leading training sessions to ensure alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities

Work with the VP of National Accounts and the other leaders to ensure Sales training is aligned with best practices and follows program guidelines when applicable
Manage Franchise Relationships and external vendor relationships
The role will interface with other departments to ensure outcomes, including Sales training and operations
Attend industry trade shows
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
Support continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted learning solutions
Promote, Manage, and Train the Luxor Software Internally and Externally
Responsible for the implementation of Luxor for all new franchises as well as current ones who are not utilizing it yet
Work directly with RBW Corporate Marketing on Luxor Marketing campaigns
Collaborate with RBW Corporate Marketing on local marketing campaigns/ spend strategies
Perform other duties as required by management. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own

Required

Five (5) years of industry-related experience, minimum of 3 years Sales experience required
Intense Knowledge of the Luxor product
5 years of Training/ teaching or Public Speaking Experience
Proven experience in Sales training and development, preferably in the restoration, construction, or service industry
Proficient in Xactimate, Mitigate, Fusion, Symbility, Luxor, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) for a four-year college or university
Moderate travel is required to Rainbow Regional meetings, Site Visits Reunion, Applicable trade shows, etc. which may be held out of state

Preferred

3 years of Managerial Experience preferred
