Harnessing Technician Intern (Summer 2026)
Blue Origin is working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems. As a Harnessing Technician Intern, you will work directly with engineering teams on building wire harnesses, troubleshooting electronic assemblies, and supporting system testing.

Building wire harness/cable assemblies (primary responsibility - at least 90% of daily work)
Troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies
Integrating avionics and ground support hardware into the software and hardware test beds
Supporting system testing
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Currently enrolled technical certificate associate's program in electronics technology or similar field
Available to work full time while not concurrently enrolled in coursework
Good understanding of basic electronic theory – voltage, resistance, current
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
Ability to follow written assembly procedures
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement
Ability to thrive as a member of a team
