The Network Engineer will interface with field techs and end-clients to install managed Cisco Meraki equipment and must have a strong data and networking background.

Analyze customer data network design requirements
Follows customer engineering process guidelines for network engineering, document storage, and communications
Communicate clearly and precisely with field personnel, customers, and project managers
Manage and organizes time and resources effectively to meet or exceed project timeline deliverables
Qualification
Required
In person more desired but open to remote candidates with relevant experience
Experience with firewalls or routers is a requirement
Basic knowledge of port forward rules, 1:1 NAT, and other essential security features of a firewall
Experience with Cisco Meraki or other firewalls is required
Enterprise Telecom experience
Analyze customer data network design requirements

Knowledge of how a network works
Communicate clearly and precisely with field personnel, customers, and project managers
Telecom / Enterprise Network Engineering: 1 year (Required)
CCNA and/or Meraki certification? (Required)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
CCNA preferred or equivalent experience – Meraki certification is a huge plus
