Senior Director, Insights & Commercial Analytics
TSP, a Syneos Health company is seeking a Senior Director, Insights & Commercial Analytics. This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving insights and commercial analytics for the US, leading a cross-functional team to manage commercial insights for a multi-product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop team of cross-functional experts to provide strategic holistic and actionable insights to inform key business decisions
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and brand
Ensure ongoing partnership with the broader analytics and commercial operations team and key partners to support the integration of various data sets, analyze market data, competitor information, and other factors
Prioritize and develop standard and ad hoc analysis to address key business questions
Develop and maintain a cohesive narrative and holistic view of performance, by triangulating primary and secondary insights and identifying future opportunities for brand success
Present insights and performance monitoring results for senior leadership, providing recommendations to drive business decisions
Identify and implement new tools, data source, technologies, methodologies and best practices to drive innovation and enhance capabilities across the team
Support brands by enabling data and insight driven decision making through scenario modelling, forecasting inputs, and competitive assessments
Analyze secondary data to understand HCP behavior, patient journeys, market dynamics, and brand performance
Inform customer segmentation, targeting, omnichannel engagement, call planning, and sales force deployment
Provide strategic recommendations and monitor health of the business through ongoing dialogue, KPIs, and dashboards
Foster collaboration within and across various internal teams (Marketing, Access, Finance, IT, Sales, Global) to ensure alignment of US products performance
Ensure consistent reporting of market dynamics and ensure alignment between insights, analytics, and business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
Extensive experience managing direct reports and leading a cross-functional team, in areas including brand and field analytics, forecasting and market research
Advanced analytical skills with strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations
Experience in PowerBI and other data visualization platforms; SQL and Excel required, R/Python a plus
Proven ability to triangulate and synthesize complex data and insights to senior leaders in an effective way
Experience building forecasting models to reconcile strategic drivers for near-term performance and other qualitative and quantitative modalities
Exceptional data analysis skills with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory changes
Strong communicator with experience presenting complex insights to senior leadership
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams
Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in identifying risks and opportunities
Continuous improvement mindset, focused on enhancing forecasting methodologies and processes
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Entrepreneurial, highly accountable, and adaptable to shifting priorities and ambiguity
Knowledge of industry best practices, with a passion for leveraging new tools and technologies to improve efficiency
