Responsibilities
Lead and manage change initiatives for transaction banking and cash management projects
Develop and execute change and project plans, timelines, and documentation
Gather and define business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Design and document current-state and future-state operating models and processes
Reengineer processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and lower operational costs
Create executive-ready materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders
Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and AML policies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Change Manager
5+ years of experience in Transaction Banking / Cash Management / Deposit Operations
Strong understanding of corporate and commercial deposit products and back-office operations
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and process documentation
3+ years of experience with JIRA and Confluence
3+ years of experience using Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
CBAP, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certification
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
