Required
2+ years' experience working with Encompass LOS (Desktop and Web) and Third-Party Provider Ecosystem as an administrator
Proficiency in System Administration, including maintaining and optimizing lending systems
Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve system issues
Experience with Network Administration and managing information technology systems
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and coordinate effectively across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Familiarity with the financial services and banking industry is a plus
