Product Manager ICX (contact center operations)
Responsibilities
This role is for a hands-on Product Manager who will operate across Business, IT, Engineering, and UX teams to drive customer experience improvements in contact center operations (calls, chats, emails, or messages)
Incident Management and Service Management experience (Logging issues, Tracking incidents, Resolving and closing tickets)
Experience in Amazon Connect, Genesys, or LivePerson or similar
Qualification
