Paid Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid performance campaigns across key channels (e.g. Google, Meta, programmatic, display, native, social, and other relevant platforms)
Own paid acquisition strategy across multiple brands, markets, and funnels
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scalable growth
Monitor and optimize key KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics
Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, funnels, and landing pages
Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining performance efficiency
Produce regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations
Use analytics tools and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and user behavior
Translate data into actionable decisions to improve acquisition quality and profitability
Work closely with CRM, Product, Creative, Content, and VIP teams to ensure alignment across the full user lifecycle
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to brief, test, and refine high-performing creatives
Ensure paid campaigns align with broader marketing and business objectives
Stay up to date with platform policies, advertising regulations, and gaming compliance requirements
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with regional advertising standards and brand guidelines
Proactively adapt strategies to platform changes and market trends

Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in Paid Performance Marketing, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or high-growth digital environments
Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets
Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and funnel optimization
Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels
Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Sheets and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

Experience with Casino, Crypto Casino, and/or Sports betting is a strong plus
