CRM / Email Marketing Manager

The CRM / Email Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and optimizing CRM strategies that enhance player engagement and retention across various brands.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
Own lifecycle communication across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
Segment player bases based on behaviour, value, preferences, and lifecycle stage
Plan, build, and deploy email and CRM campaigns including newsletters, promotions, automated journeys, and triggered communications
Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content, timing, frequency, and offers
Ensure messaging is personalised, relevant, and aligned with brand tone and objectives
Monitor and optimise KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, retention, LTV, and reactivation performance
Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Use data to identify opportunities for improving player engagement and monetisation
Work closely with VIP, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with wider campaigns and product releases
Coordinate with design and content teams to brief and refine creatives and copy
Support VIP and retention teams with targeted CRM initiatives and insights
Manage CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar)
Ensure all CRM communications comply with gaming regulations, data protection, and consent requirements
Maintain clean data practices and continuously improve CRM workflows and automation

Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in CRM, Email, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within iGaming or gaming
Strong understanding of player behaviour, retention mechanics, and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

Experience with Casino, Crypto Casino, and/or Sports betting is a strong plus
