2+ years expConfidential company is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Hermetics Operator role. The position involves working in cross-functional teams and performing various assembly and inspection duties related to Hermetics processes.

Responsibilities
Perform Hermetics operator duties as required:
Prepare lower-level parts for the Hermetics assembly processes
Prepare and load components into the appropriate belt furnaces
Initiate and monitor the Hermetics processes
Inspect parts for defects once assembly is complete
Be prepared to work overtime as business conditions require
Qualification
Required
Ability to function with a high level of responsibility

Flexibility
Proven success in an assembly position or similar operation
At least 2 years' experience in metrology or measurement tooling
Experience in critical cosmetic inspection and handling of delicate and or small parts
Effective verbal and written skills
Demonstrated comprehension skills to follow processing instructions
Ability to learn and retain instructions/information
Ability to read prints and comprehend GD&T methodology
