Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and care
Answer and route incoming, outgoing, and inter-office phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars across various locations
Respond to inquiries related to services provided by the organization
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED and some professional training
One year general office background experience that includes typing and computer use
Ability to work independently and trouble shoot basic problems
Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Preferred
Associates Degree or equivalent training, education or experience in Community Outreach, Healthcare, Insurance Enrollment or Social Work
Teaching/Training experience
Knowledge of healthcare systems and tools
Understanding of healthcare terminology and definitions
