Responsibilities
Manage six-figure ad budgets across multiple channels
Build and execute A/B testing roadmaps for Shopify site
Optimize conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
Build and deploy AI-powered automations for marketing operations
Conduct data analysis and present insights to leadership
Collaborate with Creative, Retention, and Sales teams
Manage external agencies (paid search, paid social, Amazon)
Apply equestrian knowledge to messaging, creative, and product strategy
Qualification
Required
Active or former equestrian (rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast)
5-7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or DTC e-commerce
Portfolio of AI tools/automations you've BUILT (not just used)
Hands-on Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform) experience
GA4 and SQL for analytics
Paid advertising expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
CRO and A/B testing methodology knowledge
Growth mindset: admits mistakes quickly, always learning
Preferred
Horse owner or active rider (any discipline)
Built production AI systems or deployed agents
"Vibe coding" practice (using Claude/ChatGPT to build things daily)
Experience in niche/community-focused brands
Systems-thinking: builds processes that run without you
