Responsibilities
Execute internal control strategies aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and parent company requirements
Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions meet accounting standards
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Lead, mentor, and support the development of the accounting team
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Minimum five years of corporate accounting experience
Strong technical proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and SAP
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA license or active CPA candidate
