Responsibilities
Manage and update LMS content, user records, certifications, and training resources
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics, materials, and communication
Maintain accurate training records for compliance and operational needs
Generate data reports on training completions, metrics, and compliance status
Support employees with LMS access, registration, and training requirements
Prepare, distribute, and track training materials and resources
Steer improvements to training processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Monitor compliance‑related training to ensure completions remain on schedule
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management
Skilled in LMS systems and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting
Experience in recordkeeping, data management, or training support in a corporate or industrial setting
Familiarity with regulated or service‑focused operational environments
Knowledge of ISO or similar compliance standards is beneficial
