The role involves supporting business owners in identifying specific business problems, translating needs into functional specifications, and managing the analysis and documentation for new development projects.

Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business users (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance) and technical teams (Icertis developers/support)
Gather and document business requirements for Icertis CLM
Analyze contract workflows, clauses, approvals, and obligations
Define functional designs (workflows, rules, metadata, templates)
Work closely with Icertis developers to explain requirements
Support testing (UAT), defect triage, and releases
Ensure solutions align with compliance and business policies
Qualification
Required
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply application knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
Ability to write functional and technical specifications
Strong decision-making skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Skill in using MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Syntex to support analysis and communication of requirements
Experience Supporting SaaS applications
Experience working within the Agile development methodology
Knowledge of work management tools like Jira
Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and applications designed to support that process
