Responsibilities
Support PMO leadership and project teams across the full project lifecycle (scope, schedule, communication, risk, resources, quality, cost, and change management)
Provide administrative and logistical support for multiple concurrent technology projects
Coordinate planning, scheduling, reporting, communication, ordering, installation, and follow-up activities
Maintain and update project status logs and contribute to progress reports for management and clients
Coordinate project personnel and manage related documentation
Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality customer service
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and facilitation abilities
MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced): Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas & data manipulation (Excel test will be administered)
MS Teams (Intermediate to Advanced): managing chats, posts, files, calendars, calls, and meetings
MS Word & PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
Inventory Analysis and Coordination/Management experience
