Coordinate - work with all parties to collect required docs
Escrow Account - hold funds until all conditions are met
Closing Documents - prep and oversee signing
Disburse Funds - at the appropriate time to the appropriate parties
Transfer of Ownership - record deed and other docs with gov't to finalize transfer of ownership
Qualification
Required
A dedicated, team-oriented Escrow Officer with an existing (and strong!) book of business
Enjoy working closely with buyers and sellers to provide an excellent escrow experience
Must be In-Person in the Carlsbad area for this role
Coordinate - work with all parties to collect required docs
Escrow Account - hold funds until all conditions are met
