Legal Intern - LEGAL-2026-8i
The NJ Department of Environmental Protection is seeking a Legal Intern to assist with regulatory matters and legal research related to administrative procedures. The intern will support the Office of Legal Affairs in various tasks including hearing requests and Ethics projects.

Assist with regulatory matters, hearing requests, legal research and other matters related to administrative procedure considered by the Department
Assist with Ethics projects

Legal researching/writing

Must be authorized to work in the United States per the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
Possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
