Responsibilities
Design and execute the growth strategy for the consulting division in the U.S., focusing on key industrial sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, technological, and institutional clients
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in strategic sectors such as automotive, F&B, steel, Oil & Gas, among others
Represent the company at industry events, innovation and technology forums, and participate in meetings with public and private stakeholders
Ensure compliance with the business objectives for the consulting area
Assist with the hiring and professional development of the local consulting team
Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams with technical and strategic expertise
Ensure successful project execution, meeting quality standards, deadlines, and profitability targets
Understanding the challenges and needs of industrial markets
Analyzing technological trends (smart industries, data, sustainability, automation) and applications of these trends in industrial sectors
Support the positioning of the company as a leading consultancy services for industrial sectors across the U.S
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and knowledge in industrial operations (automotive, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, steel/metals, others)
Experience working in multinational companies or international environments
Proven experience in consulting or professional services in industrial sectors
Strategic vision with strong focus on results and business-development orientation
Strong leadership, communication, and multicultural team management skills
High technical proficiency and knowledge in industrial digital transformation
Excellent communication and client interface skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service, work well in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate effective team-building skills
Flexible and dynamic team player capable of integrating into an international team
Preferred
Postgraduate degree in strategy, operations, MBA or similar
