Responsibilities
Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, managing all aspects of the project and relationship to ensure client satisfaction
Act as the communicator and facilitator between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects
Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team
Develop a deep understanding of Wealth Dynamix and Microsoft Dynamics products to effectively guide development effort
Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs and expectations
Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables
Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support as required
Provide expert product knowledge and advice to support existing customers
Collaborate with delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors
Proven experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodology for developing complex software solutions
Experience working in a technical environment, with knowledge of software development processes and best practices
Hands-on experience with API integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems
Experience managing multiple software projects, including previous experience handling at least two software implementations
Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based software solutions
Experience working with ETL tools such as Talend and familiarity with Azure Data Factory
Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Excellent document writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements
Preferred
Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable
Experience working in the banking or wealth management sector is a strong plus
Understanding of insurance products is beneficial
