Responsibilities
Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives
Notify, prepare and implement plans for significant organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries
Manage divisional intranet, including content design
Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
Complete other related duties as assigned
May serve as a team lead
Qualification
Required
Required skills in communication, both written and verbal, translating technical terms into user friendly messaging
Must have strong PowerPoint skills in creating professional, clear, concise, content using graphs, images and other creative means to communication data
Expert content creator for internal messaging (email, mtg) and marketing materials for IT project
Expert in creation of PowerPoint slides creating professional, clear, concise, content using graphs, images and other creative means to communication data
Banking and/or Financial domains (required)
Autonomous, self-driven project member that collaborates well
